• Sun United CO., LTD. established in June, 1989 in Taipei, Taiwan. Majorities on international trading of active and passive electronic components.

• In 1995, JongGar Enterprise CO., Ltd. also established in Taipei, Taiwan. Develops raw speakers with domain knowledge and extend its marketing field as well.

• The first oversea factory, Sunlink Electronic Co.,Ltd., was found in June 1997, located at Tangxia town , Dongguan city, China, with HK$ 20,000,000 capital investment.  Specialist in developing speaker and speaker system.

• The second oversea factory, Dong Li Electronic Co.,Ltd was found in January 2002, located at XuKuo town, Suzhou city, China, invested with USD 3.6 millions.  Specialist in developing speaker and speaker system.

• In November 2003, Dong Li Electronic Co.,Ltd. achieved ISO9001:2000 Certificated.

• In June 2005, New Sunlink Electronic Co., Ltd. New factory started production.

• In August 2005, Jong Gar Enterprise CO., Ltd. officially modified to Jong Gar Xin-Tech Co., Ltd.

• In March 2006, Sunlink Electronic Co., Ltd. officially modified to New Sunlink Electronic Co.Ltd.

• In May 2006, new factory of Dong Li Electronic Co., Ltd. started production.

• In July 2006, The New Sunlink Electronic Co.Ltd achieved ISO14001:2004 Certificated.
